A: If you are a customer in the UK or European economic area EEA, you have 14 day's to return the item from the date received.

  • re-pack in original packaging

  • keep evidence of return postage

If you receive faulty goods you may also have the right to return the item(s) to receive a replacement or refund.

Q: What hours is your customer service team available?
A: We are available week days from 8.30am-6pm

Q: Do you refund delivery charge?

A: We usually refund you for what you have paid for the item but not for the delivery charge, unless your entire order is faulty  or incorrect.
