We are passionate about quality.  Every Dignity Cover is made with great care and manufactured in the U.K we only use the best quality suppliers. The Dignity Cover is designed to only be used as a cover not to be carrying any weight. In the unlikely event that any imperfection reaches you, we will fully investigate it.

Returning a faulty or damaged Dignity Cover

We proudly guarantee every Dignity Cover to be free of defects in material and workmanship and should last a lifetime. Product damage through wear and tear, neglect, or misuse unfortunately will not be covered. If you have a problem with a Dignity Cover, don’t worry, we are here to support you.

  • Any manufacturing defect reported within 14 Days will be rectified free of charge with proof of receipt or exchanged with another.

  • Damage to the Dignity Cover by wear or tear may be repairable; we can examine the product and if possible repair it at a reasonable cost.

  • Returns postage will be at customer’s cost
